It all begins with a passion, a passion to help people heal and give hope to people who are looking for alternative healing options, for their over-all MIND, BODY & SOUL.Terra, born to the Kootenay's, her spirit followed her throughout Northern BC., which eventually brought her back. With her, a deep sense of hope and desire to find purpose, but also to find a way to help her community. A Mother of 4 and a wife to a hard working miner, Terra has always put her family first and now she wants to bring that energy to the community of Cranbrook and the Kootenay's.
Terra, who has been practicing Reiki for over 10 years, (most times unknowingly) has experienced first hand the miracles of Reiki. Which led her to learn more. Once she discovered what our energy sources are and how we can connect to them, as well as help them heal and balance, her motivation became very clear. She's received her Level 1, 2 and Master Teacher Certificates both ONLINE - Udemy University & through HANDS-ON learning with a local Reiki Master Teacher. As well as Reiki, Terra offers massage. She has found that when relaxation massage is combined with Reiki, it can be a powerful combination to levelling up our energy systems. Terra believes that with a well rounded health plan which includes such things as Chiropractic, Massage, Acupuncture, Reiki and many other modalities of alternative health treatments, your HEALTH & HAPPINESS together, will become more balanced.
